The CV shaft bolts (Original VW part number is N90625101) must be replaced after removing driveshafts. This kit covers a single side of the vehicle so 2 kits are required if removing both driveshafts.
Each kit contains 6 x Small Bolts and 1 x Large Bolt.
Preparation Instructions:
- Remove Front Drive Shafts
- Remove Shock Absorbers.
Installation:
- Replace bolts ensuring threaded cavities are sufficiently cleaned of debris.
- Bolts are strictly single use only and must be torqued as follows.
Torques:
- 6 x Small External Bolts: 50Nm + 90° Extra Rotation
- 1 x Large Internal Bolt: 150Nm + 180° Extra Rotation
- Re-assemble shock absorber and front drive shaft assembly.
