Refund policy

Our ultimate goal is to have happy customers who come back to us time and time again. All goods we supply are sent to you in the good faith that they are of pleasing quality and condition.

However, you are most welcome to return or exchange your order for a refund providing the products are in new and unused condition - please just follow the steps below:

• Email us at info@octaneologists.com or call 01823 690281 within 28 days to inform us of the items you wish to return.
• Print a copy of your Octaneologists order confirmation (available in 'Account' if you created an account at checkout, or, the email confirmation we sent you when you placed your order. Please include this in your parcel.
• Pack the parcel carefully and wrap everything including screws, bolts and fittings separately. Please ensure that you pack items very carefully for the return journey to ensure that we receive them back in perfect condition, as all goods are inspected on return and any damage (including damage that occurs in transit) will reduce your refund amount.
• As the customer you are responsible for returning the goods to us safely along and for any return postage costs. Please make sure your parcel is suitably insured as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them.

Please report any damaged or incomplete orders to us within 48 hours of receipt. Email us at info@octaneologists.com or call us 01823 690281 and we'd be more than happy to resolve any issues for you promptly.
