Febi’s 38548 is a direct replacement propshaft centre support with applications for Porsche Cayenne 2002-2019 Models and Volkswagen Touareg Mk1 2002-2014 Models.
This centre support with its integrated bearing is currently not available separately from VW/Audi and can only be ordered with the complete propshaft. This makes the usual repair very expensive, but Febi’s 38548 provides a more cost effective solution!
All of Febi’s products are designed to OE matching quality to ensure accuracy of fit, material quality, tensile strength and overall longevity. This is achieved through intensive quality management tests at various requirements and loads.
This product is designed to support the middle of your propshaft for rear-wheel drive front engine vehicles by guiding and stabilizing the shaft to prevent the transmission of vibrations to the body. This means that Febi’s 38548 provides better driving comfort and prevents or reduces possible wear to the propshaft or body.
This product is also available as a full kit (Part Number 100590) which also includes a propshaft boot, clamping clip and grease.
